Every time I create a backup it is crorrupted. The compressed files can not be extracted. I downloaded the back through FTP and from the software download itsefl. None work. I created two backups and tried both. One was about double the size, which seemed odd.

If you have checked the Backup Compress mode, try and set that back to disabled and try again. Check as well the disk space available on your site, how large are your backups?

Compression turned off and it is still placed in a tar file that can not be extracted. Also, I have unlimited space that is only limited by the number of total files. The size of the file does not matter, and the limit is not even close to maxed out. Very far from being maxed.

Can you open up a support ticket and send us your site access details to look into the issue? Is the backup file capped at a certain size, maybe you have a limitation from the hosting provider? Ovidiu

I do not think there is a file size limit of any kind. Also, how do I sent you a support ticket. I am unsure how to do this.

I have submitted a support ticket with my hosting to see if the file size limit is an issue.
