Hi, as you probably know, Windows creates these annoying "thumbs.db" files in folders that contain images...

XCLONER has an issue uncompressing them, probably because they are system files or something. Would there be an option to have xcloner ignore any "thumbs.db" files when it packs up a web site?

 

Unfortunately, I don't have access to the group policy editor of the Windows server, where this could be deactivated...

just to add: when I manually deleted all thumbs.db files from the source, the "clone" process went smooth...

You could try and exclude them manually when generating the backup, i will look into making the exclude process more easier when excluding multiple files with the same name. Ovidiu
