I've just run the installer and the exec() function support in the Info tab shows as  DISABLED even though the Backup using Server Functions are not Active. How can I fix that?

In order to use the server utilities tar and mysqldump, you need to ask your hosting support to enable the exec() function. Please note, this is not a requirement, XCloner can work without that function being enabled
