Simply exclude the wp-content/plugins/simple-google-maps-short-code/tzer05.php from your backup or adjust it's permissions so that they are readable.

I am getting this error when I try to do a backup. I have tried to set the permissions on the Backups folder to 777 and 775. I still get the same error. I am using WP 3.9.1.
