Xcloner Cron MySQL DB Backups tmp directory is incorrect

Hi,
am running XCloner 3.5 Standalone and set
Backup Start Path: /usr/share/nginx/html/
Backup Store Path: /usr/share/nginx/html/Backupscustomurl/administrator/backups
but when am running cron for DB backup, I got the following note:
Using configs/crontask.php as configuration file
Starting /usr/share/nginx/html/mycustombackupurl/cloner.cron.php
Starting XCloner for site http://www.domain.com at 2015-02-09 01:46
Creating an sql only backup
Generating Backup ...
Required sql backup directory /usr/share/nginx/html/administrator/backups is not writeable or does not exists!
Backup Done
it's look like it's looking for backup directory for MySQL on Backup Start Path and not at Backup Store Path
Please advice,
