I backedup my website. When it was done backing up I clicked the "move" button. I need my website to go from one folder to the "root". After putting in all the ftp information and click submit...it loads for like 20 seconds and then gives me the 500 error. I have changed my permissions to 755 and still the same thing. I have even redone everything and clicked the "copy" button instead of the move button. What am I doing wrong? I would like to do this the easy way instead of manually.

Please follow this restore wiki /wiki/index.php/Restore_Backup#Restore_Backup_.E2.80.93_Manually and move the backup archive and restore script manually to the new location so you are able to continue with the restore process.
