I'm using WordPress 3.1 and XCloner 3.0.1
Host: Webhero.com
I've successfully used this with Dreamhost as the host (including cronjobs).
The problem... I installed Xcloner plugin, activated it. When I click XCloner on the left under "plugins," I don't get the XCloner admin panel, just 500 server error. I have no idea, but I have a feeling that it's on the host's end... maybe?
XCloner is great, and I'm hoping to get this working. Any help is much appreciated.
Thanks.
Here's a screen cap:
Usually the 500 errors might be generated by an improper folder permission, try and apply 755 permissions on the
wp-content/
wp-content/plugins
wp-content/plugins/xcloner-backup-and-restore
and see if you have further issues! Additionally, check also your site error log, you should be able to check there the full 500 error log report!
Hope it helps, Ovidiu
