Hello
I have to move an Website to another Server. But unfortunally i got following message:
Initializing backup...
Backup C:/inetpub/vhosts/more.ch/httpdocs/administrator/backups/backup_2011-04-13_20-51_more.ch-sql-nodrop.tar created, we may continue!
Database backup...
Filesystem backup...
Scanning files system... 16
There was an error retrieving the JSON data from the server, try again or contact the developers!
Details: error -- undefined
JSON url: index2.php?task=recurse_files&mode=&nohtml=1
What i have to do, to put the files to the another Server with the tool?

Seems the system is failing at the file scanning(a timeout probably), could you try and increase your site php.ini max_execution_time limit and see if it helps. Please check also the temporary administrator/backups/perm.txt file, it should show you in the end at which files it stopped scanning...
Additionally, you could try and set the "Backup refresh mode" to Normal in your XCloner Config -> System tab and see if it helps.

i use xcloner3.4 .i read your answer but How do I apply changes if there is no button to apply the changes.
For example, when switch the Backup Refresh Mode to normal, there is no change

Please post a screenshot from your XCloner config screen, you are probably running into a php error which stops the script from displaying the rest of the config panel, check that last tab (Info), do you see any errors at the bottom? please post a screenshot from there as well...
