Hi and thank you for such an amazing plugin.
I installed xcloner on my site, set up everything so no more errors where returned. I then went on to create a backup of the site, clicking 'Continue' with the backup.
Now what am I meant to do? can I navigate away from the page? or am I meant to keep it open and wait while it requests? Is it meant to navigate to another page, like a conformation message or something, cause all its doing is showing the same page with the continue button having been selected.
I am seeing a backup in 'view backups' though how would i know once the backup has been compleated? The backups viewable are all 1.5 kb
Thanks
Hi there! Could you tell us what changes did you make from the default XCloner settings, or, if posible, post here screenshots after your XCloner Config area, first tab
I would advise going with the default XCloner settings when using it for the first time and see if you run into any issues.

OK, can you tell me what php version are you running? XCloner usually defaults to the AJAX backup mode when it detects php above 5.2.3, but if it fails to properly detect it, you might run into issues, could you post a screenshot after your Info tab?
As a quick fix, try and set the "Backup Refresh Mode" to Normal in your XCloner Config->System tab and see if you have anymore issues

Try these options also in your XCloner Config:
1. Manual Backup option set to No
2. tar Active option checked
To further debug the issue, try and generate a database only backup by excluding all files, and a files only backup by excluding the database and see how it goes.
From what i see you are running PHP 5.1.6 , this usually means you are unable to take advantage of the optimization options we have added through the AJAX refresh mode, if you can upgrade your server php version to at least 5.2.3 i am sure it will help.
Regards, Ovidiu
