 I installed and configured XCloner correctly.
However, when I attempt to generate a backup I receive the following
error? Thank you for your help on this…

Attempted solutions that did not work:

1. I attempted the following solution but that did not work>> XCloner Config->System tab you can decrease the files to process per request from the default 100 to a smaller value and see if it helps.
2. I also opened the xcloner.log to identify the last file uploaded -- and then opened the perm.txt file. It appears it is getting stuck at line 100 which starts the following sequence:
