 I just installed XCloner to backup my new WordPress website and got the errors below when I tried to backup the site.

Warning: fopen(/homepages/37/d88302838/htdocs/administrator/backups/.database) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Disk quota exceeded in /homepages/37/d88302838/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/xcloner-backup-and-restore/classes/mysqlBackup.class.php on line 206

Error(Mar 6, 2012 @ 18:38:23) - Unable to open for writing file /homepages/37/d88302838/htdocs/administrator/backups/.database
TAR error: Unable to open in write mode
'/homepages/37/d88302838/htdocs/administrator/backups/backup_2012-03-06_18-38_neffsolutions.com-sql-nodrop.tar'
Backup failed using tar mode, error code !Backup failed, please check your tar server utility support!

 

NOTES: I checked my Disk Quota size and have 100GB still available. Tar Server is Not Active

Does anyone have any suggestions. Thanks!

As that error indicates "Disk quota exceeded", you seem to have run out of disk space on your account, so check with your hosting provider on that.

Thanks, Ovidiu! I talked to my hosting provider and they increased my disk space and I excluded 1 of the log files that was conflicting and the backup worked!! I appreciate your quick response. - Mark
