Hi:

First of all, thank you for creating this plugin - I am really hoping it will solve my back up process, as I want to launch my business doing more WordPress sites.

You can see my problem in the copy I made of the info file, below. I changed the public_html/wp-content/plugins/xcloner-backup-and-restore/administrator/backups folder permissions to 777, so everything in the folder should be writeable, but is not. What would you suggest I do next?

thanks,

Terri

HI there! The folder you need to create is this

/home/hoopinst/public_html/administrator/backups

(the administrator/backups/ directory always needs to be created inside your Backup Start Path you configured)

and you need to make it fully writeable

Also, i would advise changing the Backup Store Path to the same value

Regards, Ovidiu

Hi Terri,

Can you tell me what change you made to get your installation of xcloner working? I am experiencing the same challenge.

Thank you,

Ted
