I'm trying to use my box.com account to save my backups. Their ftp mode requires that access be via passive mode, as active mode is not supported. I've seemingly confirmed this by logging on with the ftp application Transmit using passive and active mode. Passive shows me directories, active just hangs. So when I attempt to move the backup file using Wordpress Xcloner, I get a hang or a 500 error. It also somehow messes with my browser cache, and I have to empty it to even access my wordpress blog again.
Is there a way to use xcloner in passive ftp mode when doing a transfer? Thanks.
