I tried the Clone option and got the following error:
FTP upload has failed for file public_html/meaning/XCloner.php ! Stopping ....

I tried the other procedure; copied .tar file to target folder using FileZilla; copied files from source folder \wp-content\plugins\xcloner-backup-and-restore
estore\ to new server's target folder. Tried to run XCloner.php in web browser on target server. Got a 403 forbidden error. Changed permissions on target folder to allow Execute for "World" and still got the 403 error.

Note: Target folder started out empty, other than cgi-bin folder created when I set up the add-on domain on the target server.

Please advise.
