I used XCloner for cloning my website and everything worked fine
Now I tried to clone another Wordpress website. There we are three Wordpress administrators. Wordpress was set up by one of the other adminstrators. I made a backup and tried to restore/clone it on an other server. There were actually no errors, but after restoring some parts were missing. For instance all pluins were cloned, themes too, but the content pages (wirtten by another aministraor) were missing.
I cound't find anything in the manual about cloning when having multiple administrators neither I found options for configuring.
So I guess XCloner works only when I am the only administrator. Is that right?

It seems that I was worng, the content is at least stored in the backup, nevertheless who wrote it. After opening .tar and reading .sql file I noticed, that all pages were retrieved from the database and saved.
But cloning on an other server still fails (database content filled in correctly). I have to look at the restoring closer now...

Shame on me, the XCloner plugin works.
The problem was the table prefix in wp-config.php, default:
$table_prefix = 'wp_';
To maintain my database connection on the destination server I did not clone wp-config.php. The prefix there was unfortunatly
$table_prefix = 'wp2754191_';
Therefore I got 2 sets of wordpress table in my database: one with prefix 'wp_' and one with prefix 'wp2754191_'
