I currently have XCloner configured for a "Full Backup" (data and content) and a CRON job setup on GoDaddy.com. The daily GoDaddy CRON job is named "full_backup", completes successfully and updates the date/time of the .tar file in my backup folder. I can view the backup .tar file under "View Backups" tab in XCloner. However, am I supposed to see a historical list of backup files by date? Currently, it just overlays the existing .tar file and only shows 1 file with a new date/time for the past 3 daily backups. Confused. Your documentation shows multiple files under "View Backups" but it looks like they were manually executed within XCloner. Any help would be great!

Over the weekend, I moved the entire website to a 4GH server technology and I noticed that the backup didn't run Saturday and Sunday. I manually attempted to execute the backup this morning and I received the following error. Not sure what I am supposed to do.
There was an error retreiving the JSON data from the server, try again or contact the developers!
Can you try and install XCloner version 3.0 and send us a screenshot when you get that error? Make sure you exclude any large files or backups you might have from the restore in your root folder. Usually that error indicated a timeout when adding files to the backup archive, which might be due to it's size and slow server speed.

I installed version 3.0, ran the manual backup (Generate Backup) but I got the same error as before. I have screen prints of the errors but I don't want to post them on this site publicly since they include file paths and database names in the screen prints. Can I send you these screen prints to an email address?
Sure, please use the contact form at the bottom http://www.xcloner.c.....m/contact/ and send the screenshot links there
