I am trying to clone wordpress website using xcloner to move it to another server.
A couple of questions:
1) I get this error message:

FTP upload has failed for file beta/XCloner.php ! Stopping ....
2) Do I need to set up Wordpress on the new server first, or does Xcloner move the WP installation over to the new server also?

Hi Terra! Make sure the ftp upload path you are using for the upload form is correct, recheck it with a ftp client.
XCloner does not require Wordpress to be installed prior to restore, so if you still have issues, please follow this Restore Wiki , it should help.
