While trying to run backup the following error is displayed...
There was an error retreiving the JSON data from the server, try again or contact the developers!

I tried lowering the "files to process per request" to 50, "Split Backup Archive if size larger than" 50mb, and I set "compress backup files" to no. Still no success.
Any Suggestions?

Hi Charlie! The error you have there is related to the mysql server install, it seems XCloner is unable to run the "SHOW PROFILE" query needed for the table structure export, you need to adjust your Mysql install so the enable-profiling option is Enabled.
If you have support for the mysqldump server option, you could check the Active checkbox near it inside the XCloner Config area and see if it helps.

Hi! I have the same error but with a different description:

Any help? I've tried enabling and disabling the Mysqldump and still the same error.
