Hi,

I am trying to run my first backup and ran into an undefined error while trying to access my JSON data. Here's the error message:

There was an error retrieving the JSON data from the server, try again or contact the developers!
Details: error -- undefined
JSON url: index2.php?option=com_cloner&task=refresh&json=1&startf=300&lines=2255&backup=backup_2011-11-03_09-41_www.localna8ion.com-sql-nodrop.tgz&excl_manual=
Click to Retry >>

I have hit the Click to Retry link but the same error occurs.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

I wanted to add that I just got almost the same error on a different domain/install of WordPress.

Try and leave the Backup Compress option to No and see if you have anymore issues!

That fixed the problem for both sites. Thanks again!

Question: Is there something I need to do on my server to make the compression work?

You could try setting the manual mode to No and enable the tar server utility(Active checkbox) and see if it helps. Increasing the php time limit execution helps also!
