[Image Can Not Be Found]Dear XCLONER- Team/Comunity,
I just discovered this plugin, and it looks like a wonderful tool! What a great job.
Unfortunately I can´t make a back up so far. I installed the plugin on two different sites but the error is the same. I looked through the manual but musst have missed the importent part 🙁 .
This is a screenshot of what I get atempting to make a backup:
Any Ideas?
I need to do some mayor changes to the site and don´t dare to do so without a backup. Pleeeese help!

Hi Boris, welcome to the forum!
Have you checked the site disk space available?
If that is not an issue, then try and decrease the "Files to process per request" option(XCloner Config->System tab) to a lower value than default 100, try 50 and see if it helps.

Hi Ovidiu,
thanks for your promt reply. I thought of the disk space as well, as the backup got stuck in both wp-installations at about 20 MB. There are however 4 GB of free space left. Should I contact my provider to find out if the diskspace is somehow not available in the backup folder?
I lowerd the Files to process per request to 10 but it didn't help.
Any other Ideas?

On some hosts, there are limits on the maximum file size, try and set the "Split Backup Archive if size larger than:" option(Xcloner Config->System tab) to 19MB, and see if that helps.
