Error while creating database on wordpress | Wordpress Support | Forum Archive

I get this error when I try to do a backup, months ago I was able to do de backup with no problems.

There was an error retrieving the JSON data from the server, try again or contact the developers!

Details: parsererror — Invalid JSON: TAR error: Unable to open file 'wp-admin/includes/phpinfo.php' in binary read mode

It happens also if I choose just backup de files. There's no phpinfo.php on that directory, I created one with the <?php phpinfo(); ?> but didn't solve the problem.

Could be another plug-in conflict?
