Hello..!!
love this application but can't figure it out how to handle this issue..

exec() function support:

DISABLED

If this function is disabled, you might want to uncheck Both 'Active' checkboxes from the General Tab

Here is the error Im seeing both server user options are inactive..

is it enough to get help or should I provide screenshot?

Waiting for help.. it will be great..

Thank you.

If you want to use that option you will need to ask your hosting support to enable the exec() function  for your site, usually that is done  through the php.ini config. However, the backup process can work fine without that option!

You usually do that by editing your server php.ini config if you have access to it, is it a shared or dedicated server?

You need to disable the php.ini safe_mode option so it's Off as well as remove the exec() function from the disabled_functions line inside the php.ini config

However, as i said, you really don't need to go through the trouble, XCloner works fine without it also if not even better, always make sure you have the latest PHP version on your server.
