Hi there!
I have been enjoying the benefits of Xcloner for many months now, and have just stumbled on my first problem. On one of my sites (I manage many), Xcloner is not copying the server files. It looks like it's working properly, but the TAR file created is empty.
What's weird is I just used it a couple weeks ago with no problem. Here's a screenshot:
I was trying to do a standard backup before upgrading to WP 3.2.1.
Also, when I tried to upgrade from Xcloner 3.0.1 to 3.0.3, I got an error message:
Archive incompatible. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature
I am perplexe. The plugin works fine elsewhere. The manual upgrade I did, did not solve the problem either. Nothing has been done to the server that I am aware of, but I can't imagine what would cause this.
Help?!

Well, it's a dedicated server, so we should be ok...but I will double check it.
