Hi,

 

I'm experementing an issue with the backup once it's uploaded on the FTP server.Actually, the upload looks incomplete. The backup file on the web server is about 1.8Go whereas it's only 220Mb on the http://FTP. 

Do you have an idea why the ftp upload failed ? 

I guess someone has already get this problem but I didn't find an answer on the forum.

Could be either a server timeout when sending the backup over or a file size limit on the new host, have you tried to manually upload the backup on the new server?
