I get this error right of the top iknow my login info is correct help?

Please use only http://ftp.hypeonedigital.com or it's ip address as ftp server value, the one you have there is not valid. Also make sure you select a backup from the View Backups list before you start the Clone/Move process.

just did it with the ip adddress and got same problem no error just ftp failed to connect and i tried it in filezilla connected fine any ideas?

Could be a firewall issue from your hosting provider blocking the request, i would advise checking our restore wiki for alternative restore options.
