Trying to move to another webhost via the "Clone" button but I get:
FTP connection has failed!Attempted to connect to (IPADDRESS) for user (FTPUSERNAME)
I know the FTP username and password are correct as I can login via FireFTP.
What do I need to do?

Try checking with your hosting support to see if their firewall might be blocking outgoing ftp connections, otherwise you might need to try an alternative restore method as explained in our restore wiki.
