I'm trying to clone a site to another server and XCloner is choking on the FTP info for this new server. I'm able to login on the new server via FileZilla, so I know the info is correct and I checked with the provider to double check the destination directory info was correct, but I keep getting either an FTP failure or XCloner crashes and take WordPress down with it for about a minute, giving me a 500 internal server error until things right themselves and WordPress eventually comes back up. I'm running WP 3.0.5 (which I also just updated today). Anyone got any ideas? I've got my desination directory permissions set to 777, so it's wide open, waiting for some files.

Hi Marty, it might be a firewall issue, in which case you would need to follow this wiki /wiki/index.php/Restore_Backup#Restore_Backup_.E2.80.93_Manually and move the backup archive and the restore script we provide manually to the new location
