Followed instruction for installing plugin. WHen I select XCloner from the Plugins, I get an HTTP Error 404 (The page cannot be found). My WordPress install is on IIS which I suspect might be the problem. Can anyone advise course of action?

Try and access xcloner directly, like http://mysite.com/wp.....nd-restore and see if it helps

Could be a permission issue, try and apply 750 permissions on the wp-content/ and wp-content/plugins/ folders and see if it helps. Additionaly you could contact your hosting support as it might be an issue related to the hosting enviroment.
