I have completed Cloning But Could not access the newly cloned site admin area | Wordpress Support | Forum Archive

Hello all

I am new user/member of the forum. I have looked at all manual and forum posts to find the solution but could not and need your help.

I have cloned a existing site my-old-domain.com to a new site my-new-domain.com. Everything goes well, except the last step when I access the new site my-new-domain.com/wp-login.php, enter my new site admin user name and password it always lead me to a old site my-old-domain.com.

I have tried different versions of the backup and clone:

- both database & files

- Only Files

Both have the same issue as said above.

Please advice me what I have done wrong.
