OfflineGoDaddy's customer service is so frustrating that I am considering moving my wordpress websites from there to my own, dedicated server.
where can I find easy, straight forward and step by step instructions on how to move my websites with xcloner?
or, in the alternative, where can I find someone to move the websites for me?

OfflineHi Michael, our online manual/wiki /support/documentation/ should provide enough info to able to backup/restore all your sites by yourself, if you do have questions, let me know, and would be happy to help.
The first step is to generate a full backup of each site, then move those backups along with the restore script to the new location as specified in our restore wiki.

Offlinehello,
I wished there was a walk through for this. I could even do one move at a time.
anyway
I made a backup and it says it is 35MB in size but when I downlod the backup to my computer it is only 77.1 KB in size.
I will be moving these sites to my own server.
do I just create the domain and then place the backup and the restore.php into a directory
or
do I first install wordpress on the new server and then restore?
-------------------
how much would you charge me to move these domains
or
how much would you charge me to show me actually how to do it? so that I do not loose things like my special themes and other configurations

Hi Michael, try and use a ftp client to download the backup files, it should help. And no need to pre-install wordpress on the new domain, xcloner will restore that from the backup archive.
Please contact me here http://www.xcloner.c.....m/contact/ if you are interested in our premium services, i am sending you now a quote for the requested services.
Regards, Ovidiu
