First - thanks for this plugin! I administer a site that is installed in a subfolder (sitename.com/wp) instead of at the root. As a result, I have had a devil of a time setting this site up for automatic backup. It's too large for the host's backup function and NONE of the plugins have worked (even paid ones).
Finally! Yours seems to workvery well and easy to use. Thank you!
It is installed and seems to be working. However, the only problem is that it's not quite getting it all. I have run it several times and each time it seems to get a little bit more, but still hasn't gotten everything.
Any reason this could be happening?

XCloner usually backups all the files inside the Backup Start Path unless you're excluding them.
Check the administrator/backups/perm.txt file from inside the backup, all the files added to the archive are added there also, try and make a lines count on it and see if it changes compared to the other backups. I would suggest to check also the disk space!
