I have a wordpress site moobeli2000.fi on which I am trying to tranfer to another hosting. Have a few questions for which I appreciate a detailed response as I am quite new to IM. I am trying to set up XCloner but I am not able to resolve one issue.
OK (/var/www/vhosts/moobeli2000.fi/httpdocs/wp/)

Usually that error indicates the directory does not exist or has improper permissions, i might suggest rechecking it again, check as well with your hosting support if possible.
As a note, i would advise changing your Backup Store Path to a separate directory than your site root.

Thanks Ovidiu for you prompt response. I had already checked the permissions as indicated in the previous thread. Can you please let me know what I have to check out with my hosting support. I would be transferring the files if things go properly to Hostgator, please also let me know what is required there also.
I am quite new to all this so please help me out.

Basically you can ask them if this path /var/www/vhosts/moobeli2000.fi/httpdocs/wp/administrator/backups is valid. Feel free to post here some screenshots after your XCloner Config->Info tab the ftp view of that directory structure to doublecheck.
