please help as I RECIEVE THIS MSG WHEN I WANT TO BACKUP--my site is edmontonrealestatepages.com

You need to create this temporary directory under your Backup Start Path and make it writeable

 

/home/uncleb/public_html/Edmontonrealestatepages.com/administrator/backups

 

Also, in your XCloner Config, you need to setup the path where you want to store backup, Backup Store Path, needs to point to a valid writeable directory
