I was in the middle of restoring a backup when it got interrupted, so I tried to start over and restore the same backup.  When I did this i kept running into this error "###MYSQL ERROR Table db already exists ###On Query" so I hit skip and I get a different  MYSQL Query error I hit skip about 30 times and noticed that I only processed about 2% of the mysql backup and when the the backup restore got interrupted the first time I was at about 50%.  Is there any way to automatically skip these errors or some other method from preventing this from happening?

I would advise to empty your restore database and retry the restore process, the errors you get there are related to duplicated queries probably due to that interruption.
