JSON error during backup before 4 MB

Hello, I have a problem, the files per request even set to 1 – it doesn't come over 4 MB – but i don't know what's the problem, I hope maybe you can help me .
i add a screenshot from the problem.

edit: ok i tried again, now since files per request is set 1 - it everytime stops at 127 - but i looked in perm.txt it's all small php files :/
there are no big files in the first 127+ lines - execution time and memory limit are set, where can the problem be?

In the XCloner COnfig ->System tab there is a "Split backup if size larger than..." option, try and set that to 3.90MB and retry the process, it could be that your hosting server is setup to not allow files over 4MB in size.
