Hi, this is my error during manual backup creation I've tried with "compress backup" "No" and "yes" but it's same. What's happen? ThxDatabase backup...

Try leaving the Backup Compress option to No and see if it helps! Ovidiu

thx Ovidiu but I finally got clicking multiple times on "retry now" button.
Now I've another problem. When I try to "clone" my backup whith xcloner ftp tool I received this error message:

Try and set the Ftp transfer mode option to Passive in your XCloner Config System tab and see if it helps! Otherwise, you will need to move the restore script and backup archives manually to the new location so you are able to continue with the restore process.
