Hi,

 

I have the same JSON error for two wordpress websites. Website is hosted with GoDaddy. Wordpress version 3.1

 

Details: error -- undefined

JSON url: index2.php?option=com_cloner&task=refresh&json=1&startf=300&lines=1441&backup=backup_2011-04-12_08-23_www.wisesolutioninc.com-sql-nodrop.tgz&excl_manual=

 

Please help. Thanks.

Hi there! Please open the administrator/backups/perm.txt file and check the files between lines 300-400, do you notice any large files there?

 

As a suggestion, if you have large files, you should try and exclude them, or you could also try and set the "Files to process per request" option to a lower value than 100 in the XCloner Config -> System tab
