Hi All,

I'm trialling XCloner for WP 3.3 with godaddy.com
hosting and after getting through several issues with the install have
got ... almost there and haven't quite got a good/clean first backup.
I'm getting to an "JSON " error in at the same %complete of the backup.

Any pointers would be gratefully received! 🙂

The log and errors I'm seeing are ....

Initializing backup...

Backup /home/content/00/7937700/html/

administrator/backups/backup_2011-12-28_14-50_thechariscentre.org-sql-nodrop.tar created, we may continue!

Database backup...

[the1128004373529] 53 tables (1.48 MB)

Filesystem backup...

Scanning files system... done! (Estimated size:4802.13MB) in 2849 files

Processing Files: 17% (500 files)

Backup Name: backup_2011-12-28_14-50_thechariscentre.org-sql-nodrop.tar

Backup Size: 7.39MB

There was an error retrieving the JSON data from the server, try again or contact the developers!

Details: error -- undefined

JSON url: index2.php?option=com_cloner&task=refresh&json=1&startf=500&lines=2849&backup=backup_2011-12-28_14-50_thechariscentre.org-sql-nodrop.tar&excl_manual=

For some reason, the backup process seems to timeout, and it's probably because it's trying to archive a large file(s). To debug, simply open the administrator/backups/perm.txt file and look between lines 500-600 and see if you spot any large files and if possible, exclude them, then try again.
