Hey there,
really fantastic product! Looking forward to many successful projects!
My first restore/move went beautiful with only using the instructions provided within the plugin.
The irony is that the only thing that seems to be stuck with the old settings is the XCloner plugin itself.
Those are the errors:
"Unable to select database [old_database]"
"Invalid directory ([old_directory])" (showing this at all three directories)
Does anyone have a hint how to correct those settings?
The easy solution would be to uninstall/reinstall - I know. But I want to get to the bottom of this since I'll be doing that more than this one time.
Thanks very much!

UPDATE: I could help myself. Just searched a little more than I did already 😉 Details below.
XCloner Settings - since those settings are not in the database I typed them in manually (the old db- & folder-settings were carried over for some reason).
Everything else - like the admin recommended elsewhere, I just used a search and replace plugin to replace the old domain name with the new one. Affected by this was wp_options (siteurl, home and the incoming links feed - but I disabled the latter anyway), wp_posts (whole guid column and several other fields).
First I installed the plugin and did a search only - the results matched what I was getting in phpMyAdmin so I proceeded to search&replace. Can't get any easier and faster than this!
Most notably all the images were still getting fetched from the old host.
The search and replace plugin I used was this (with WP 3.3.1): https://wordpress.or.....d-replace/
Again - Thanks for your great tool! If those two things are going to be ironed out this thing has reached platinum standard!
