Multisite Admin area doesn't load after attempting first backup

I attempted a backup using XCloner on a Wordpress Multisite installation, got an error, and now my Network Admin area doesn't load.
I don't think the error had anything to do with the fact that I use Multisite. All my sites are active and I can login individually by visiting siteURL/admin, but I can't manage my plugins, themes, etc. because the Network Admin doesn't load. Any ideas on how to get it back?

Hi Sam, any chance you could tell us which error you received? XCloner does not modify the site in any way, it only creates the backup files inside the Backup Store Path folder, the only way it could affect your site is when the disk quota is reached, so try and check that.
