To be clear – I've downloaded and installed XCloner for a WordPress 3.1 MultiSite network of sites – consisting of two simple test sites/blogs. I ran the backup without any trouble – I should now be able to restore this entire WordPress MultiSite installation using the XCloner restore script and be back in business – right?
I'm testing for the eventual launch of a production multisite.
HI Will, yes, this is what XCloner does, it keeps a full copy of your site database and files, and in case you need to restore them, simply use the restore script we provide(check our restore faq here) and follow the indicated steps to restore the backup data.
Hope it helps! Ovidiu
