Hey there,

How do I prevent the new site from simply redirecting to the old server location?

I checked wp-config and it seems to have updated properly but when I try to get to the new location after clone, my browser re-directs to the URL of the old site.

Usually XCloner adds the new site url inside the wp-config.php by using the WP_HOME and WP_SITEURL tags, if they are not present, you might need to add them, check here http://codex.wordpre.....e_Site_URL

It's in there. I've since wondered if it has to do with the site being part of a multi-site network.

Ah, if it's a WPMU site, you might need to adjust the values directly in the database or backend settings, the database table handling those values is wp_options
