Hello, I've downloaded the xcloner documentation pdf and read the wiki on trying to do a manual clone to a new site.

It states that I need to: Download TAR.php and XCloner.php to your computer from the /administrator/components/com_xcloner/restore folder

My problem is that I don't have that folder in which to find either .php file.

I've done a backup of my clients database, downloaded the files manually and uploaded the resulting .tar files to try to do a manual restore but can't find a way to make the plugin see the newly uploaded no-drop restore files.

This plugin is my last hope before going to a premium service in order to get a backup of my clients 3.1.2 wordpress site before I upgrade them to 3.3.2.

What is going wrong that I can't find that folder on my wordpress installation?!

For Wordpress, the restore files are in the wp-content/plugins/xcloner-backup-and-restore/restore/ folder

I'm running into a similar problem with Joomla. I have transfered the three files from the original directory that the site was backed up in. I put them in the defined "Restore" directy in the new site. I open Xcloner in the new site and go to view backups and there are no files listed.

I can't even get to the point of restoring them to ne new empty database.

Any help would be appreciated.

Can you attach here a screenshot after your restore screen so i can see the url as well as from the ftp client where you've uploaded the files?
