Hi,
Firstly, I had an "There was an error retrieving the JSON data from the server, try again or contact the developers!" error. So I deleted the plugin and re-installed.
But, after that the problem is the following show in the picture: there is no buttons to select and continue. Could you help me?

The plugin stops running for some reason, do you have any error messages at the bottom of that page? Try enabling php errors if possible.

Since updating to 3.1, I have the same problem. No buttons to backup?
Reverted back to 3.0.9
Started working again but restore on localhost fails. Error - Cannot connect to database.
Please HELP!!!

Please enable php errors and check the page footer, what is the exact error you are getting? the backup buttons don't show because there is an error on that page.

Hello I have the same problem. I reinstalled the plugin but still no buttons.
I allowed php errors but nothing…

Using Version 3.1.1 on WordPress 3.8.1
and same thing, working with 3.0.9 so reverted back until I know more...

Hi,
I have the same problem... and the error is :
"Fatal error: Call to a member function fetch_array() on a non-object in /web/htdocs/www.website.com/home/wp-content/plugins/xcloner-backup-and-restore/admin.cloner.html.php on line 2406"
It worked well with version 3.0.9
