HI~I am using Xcloner to backup my site and database..size of them should be 1G, while i generate backup, the file size only 390MB..can you help me??i already configure as the instructions..

How much disk space do you have available? Could you post a screenshot here from the Generate Backup screen to see the estimated backup size?

i use server as host..so disk space wont be the problem..how to paste picture..?

I need the screenshot from after the Backup is finished or during the backup process to see the estimated file size.
Please note, your hosting account disk usage is different from the root web directory+database, so if the estimated file size is around the backup value, then the backup you have is correct.
