Hello Xclone,

I was very much helped with your last support about permissions problems, but this time I'm having problems with permissions before I can start to clone:

  • I cannot start a backup because I get error messages about 'Invalid directory (/var/www/vhosts/www.tcs-groep.nl/wp)':

Your backup directory /var/www/vhosts/www.tcs-groep.nl/wp/administrator/backups is not writeable or does not exists(Backup Store Path:)! Please note, the ./administrator/backups/ folder needs to be created and made writeable!

  • But the specific folders (../wp/administrator/ and ../wp/administrator/backups are created and writeable (0777). Owner is not Apache but pscaln.
  • So how do I get it to work from here?

Try and reinstall XCloner so it picks up the default paths, otherwise, might want to recheck the server paths from the XCloner Config screen.
