Hello
i was using Xcloner for a while and it was working fine with the Cron who was saving all my files and send to Remote FTP.
i just moved to another hoster and then when the cron start the back-up it dosent finish it but when i do it manually
it s done well
i think ther is a probléme in the new hosting here is the information in info tab in Xcloner :
Can you telle me if this is what can be the probléme and how can i resolve it pls
Thank you.
Try and disable safe_mode and see if it helps! USually if there are no errors, you should still receive an output from when the process run, if you didn't get that, try and check with your hosting support to see if there is some other issue, make sure the php executable path is correct ( /usr/bin/php ?), otherwise better use
php /home/ibergagc/public_html/wp-content/plugins/xcloner-backup-and-restore/cloner.cron.php
as cron command

Hello
Php open_basedir: & exec() function support: Back to green.
sorry for the delay but i spent most of theses days with my hoster technique assistance till the changed all values needed to make
Xcloner page info look greeny ;p as you can see on the picture below.
but still same probleme when i back up my tp manually it work fine no probléme i have 2.7Gb size what is correct size of all my files
but when i use the cron i get just 1.7Gb what is too less then it should be.
I activated the logs to help you dyagnostic the probleme you can download it here :
Xcloner Log when Manual backup is complete
Xcloner Log when the cron backup is not complete

Offlineadministrator/ folder should not be excluded! Make sure you update your autobkp config as well after all changes.
XCloner generates a file list with the items in the backup archive, location for it is administrator/backups/perm.txt inside each generated backup file, please open that and compare to see which items are missing from the backup to determine why you get different file sizes...
