hello ,
I really don't understand why when I try to run my xcloner remote ftp backup the log return me :

I'm 100% sure that I set the correct root path , user and password for my remote ftp server ....
Are you xcloner users new to this problem? Is That a possible bug?

As the error shows, "Authentification failed when connecting to the ftp server for user with pass" , you need to check your ftp connection details. If you like, feel free to open a support ticket and we can verify the details for you.
