Restore Issue|Wordpress Support|Forum Archive|XCloner

Hi there,

Firstly thank you for such an awesome tool. I have one slight problem thought I don't think I need full annual support, I will gladly make a donation if you might be able to help me to resolve the issue.

I have restored my blog on a different domain, and the theme and plugins have all carried over well. I emptied the database before restoring and I fixed an issue by altering the ipconfig file, and all seems fine except one problem.

When I add new pages they do show in the WP admin area, but they are not recognised in the menus that I had previously setup on the previous website.

Another issue it that the logo.png file is not picked up on the new restores blog, and it is located in the right place. It did carry over with the restore, but the theme doesn't pick it up on the new site.

Could you advise how I could get the restored theme to recognise the new pages and the logo file. I imagine its just a small setting somewhere but I don't know what I needro change.
