restore site now shows fatal error

Attempted to restore the site, showed error messages doing in via the the wp backend, so attempted to restore by running XCloner.php from the browser.  Now I get this message:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare debug_fopen() (previously declared in /home/kidspart/public_html/kpbshop/wp-includes/functions.php:1133) in /home/kidspart/public_html/kpbshop/wp-includes/deprecated.php on line 2883

 

So, we have not site at all. Gone from a "not functioning properly" site to nothing at all! How can I recover from this?
